Three years ago at age 52, my life radically changed. I went from looking at a future of disability to looking at a future of optimal health.
After being overweight my entire adult life, I learned:

• How to easily STAY THERE
• How to live my healthiest life
I am now paying it forward by helping others do the same -- one healthy habit at a time!
